Every student can come for a trial lesson to experience our teaching methods and decide how well he/she can learn from and with our teacher.
Trial class is charged as first lesson when your child signs up for the subject attended.

Terms & Conditions
Ultimate Learning Terms and Conditions (w.e.f 1 Nov 2025) “Ultimate” refers to Ultimate Learning Hub LLP / Ultimate Learning Centre LLP
1) Each subject’s material fee is collected only once in the academic year. Material fees are non-refundable and cannot be pro-rated upon withdrawal. Students are only eligible to receive materials for lessons that they have paid for.
2) Fees for unattended lessons are non-refundable. Students may be offered, subject to availability and at Ultimate’s sole discretion, up to 1 replacement class each month. If it is not possible to arrange a replacement class, the class fees shall not be refunded. Instead, the child will be given a recorded session or lesson materials with answers.
3) For lessons unattended during public holidays or school holidays, students need to give advance notice of 1 week for lesson fee to be offset in the following month. However, lesson missed will not be covered again in class.
4) Fee payment is to be done via PayNow to Ultimate upon receipt of monthly invoice via email. When making payment, invoice number and student’s name and level need to be stated. After transferring the fees, parents need to send a copy of the screenshot of the payment to Ultimate’s admin HP to enable Ultimate to trace the payment to the student’s record. No cash or cheque will be accepted.
5) Fees are payable before 15th of each month. An emailreminder will be sent after 15th. If fees are not paid by the following month,the student will not be allowed to continue lessons with Ultimate.
6) Should a student wish to withdraw from classes, please inform the teacher before the end of the month, so that the following month’s invoice will not be sent out. Students are to attend the lessons to the end of the month in which notice was given to Ultimate. There is no refund of fees for any lesson in this month. For example, a notice can be given on the 20th of the month that the student will not be continuing lesson in the following month.
7) Photos of students may be taken during the course of lessons or workshops. Should you wish to be excluded from any of the photo taking, please inform Ultimate in writing in advance.
8) For any student with any important medical condition such as epilepsy, please indicate under “Medical Condition” when registering. Please also inform the teacher on how to manage possible situations that may arise due to the medical conditions so we can try our best to help.
9) There is no discounts for siblings or for taking multiple subjects. We also do not charge any deposit or registration fee.
